Shipping & Returns
Most orders are shipped the same day but please allow 5-10 business days for the order to be shipped.
Lightbars unless noted, Vehicle Specific, and Consoles are all special order and may require extra shipping time.
If an item is needed immediately, please contact us before ordering and find out if the item is available for express shipping.
If a valid email is provided tracking information will be automatically sent the day the order ships.
We will generally ship to alternate shipping address such as a place of employment, Government, or Municipal building.
We will NOT ship to a third party or another state and we reserve the right to request a signature upon delivery on any package.

When using Paypal we will only ship to the confirmed paypal address (If you have moved or need your order shipped elsewhere it is your responsibility to update your paypal account)
Orders over $250.00 will require a signature when using Paypal.
Orders that cannot be shipped via UPS, i.e., PO Boxes, APOs, etc. will be shipped via the USPS.
International orders shipped outside the USA will only ship to the confirmed credit card billing address and may be subject to fees related to duties, customs, import taxes, etc...
If you need or require any special shipping arrangements you must contact us prior to placing your order as additional fees may be incurred.
These fees are the responsibility of the customer.
Once your item(s) have been shipped, your account will be updated with tracking information. Some orders ship from vendors, therefore your selected shipping time may vary, your shipping costs will reflect this on final authorized charge. All shipping costs are calculated by location and weight. If you feel that the shipping costs may be incorrect let us know so we can verify the costs.
Warranty & Returns:
All of our products come with a manufactures warranty against manufacture defects. If you feel that your purchased item is defective, and has NOT BEEN ALTERED then you must notify us of the problem. A RMA must be obtained. Once we receive the item(s) and we find that the product is in fact defective from the manufacture, which will be determind by our CERTIFIED emergency light Technications, the item will be fixed or replaced and we will reimburse your for shipping the item back to us. Once we have repaired or replaced the item we will then ship it back to you. If item is found not to be defective there will be a 35% restocking fee, if you then wish to return the item. No returns on CUSTOM built items, repairs will be made if found defective.
If an item has been altered and you would like for us to attempt to fix the problem you will be responsible for shipping the item to us as well as paying the shipping to send it back. We will make all efforts to fix the item but we can not promise. If we are unable to fix the item, you will still be responsible for paying the shipping back to you.
NOTE: Any altered item will not be covered under warranty. You must understand that there are many people that know what they are doing and there are some who don't. We can not warranty items that are installed incorrectly or have been altered. If you have any questions about this please contact us.
